The Avaya INDeX 2030 Phone provides a very competitively priced full feature handset for hybrid configurations where the majority of users require sophisticated terminals. All display terminals can be wall mounted. The same brackets can be used to alter the position of a desk mounted.
The Avaya INDeX 2030 has a large Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) divided into 2 parts, the top part providing two windows for calling and called information, the second part comprising 2x16 character display lines of text.

- 8 Direct Station Select (DSS) keys
- On hook dialling
- 10 number personal speed dial
- Headset compatibility
