BT Customer Commitment - Phone Call Discount Plan
BT Customer Commitment is a pricing package offering competitive pence per minute (ppm) rates based on the customer's total call spend. It is a simple premise; the more the customer spends, the more they save.
As the committed call spend and agreed contract term increases, so the pence per minute rate decreases.
BT Customer Commitment brings clarity and transparency to the relationship between the customer and BT through a single, easy to understand pricing structure. The customer agrees to a minimum agreed call spend over 1 or 2 years, from £10k up to £7 million.
The higher the Commitment level, the lower the ppm rates. BT retains call revenues and increased loyalty from customers who receive the best available offering for their needs.
