Call Centre customers are saving a fortune with this competitive new package from BT.
Outbound call centres of all sizes and any business that makes a large number of short calls can benefit. For just a £10 fixed monthly fee per line or extension, users don't get charged on UK calls for the first 90 seconds between 8am and 10pm. After this, a fixed rate if 1.9 pence per minute applies (excluding any minimum call charge, set up fee or cap).
Users also receive no charge for the first 10 seconds of calls to mobiles and are charged per second thereafter. And as a further incentive, customers get Classic Call Alert completely free. This is an automatic fraud information management service on their nominated lines/installation.

Value For Money
Call Centre Advance works as an 'overlay' prduct for new or existing customers of BT Business Plan, BT Customer Commitment and BT Premier Value. Any Spend will contibute towards the customer's commited call spend, and will be eligible for any overlay pricings (e.g. the BT Business Plan end of year 5% reward).
