GDK16E Small Business Telephone System
The GDK 16E is a phone system ideally suited to a small business using up to 6 normal exchange lines or 6 digital (ISDN) channels and requiring up to 20 extensions.
The GDK 16E is a highly featured phone system, which can provide efficient call handling by directing calls to the appropriate extensions, forwarding calls to other extensions and displaying incoming caller information including name if saved in the system memory. The 16E offers conferencing, paging features and call forwarding to external numbers such as a mobile phone when you are away from the office.
The GDK 16E offers digital voice messaging, providing system greetings, menu options for callers to speak to different departments and allowing callers to leave messages. The message recording capacity can be increased for busy offices and interface cards are available for customers wanting high-speed ISDN connections for higher speed Internet access or video conferencing.
The GDK 16E is supplied with interface cards for 1 ISDN circuit, 2 extensions for single line telephones and 2 extensions for system phones. Optional cards can be purchased to achieve the system maximums.
