Vodafone are the network of choice for business users. Their excellent UK and worldwide network coverage means that when your workforce is mobile they really can stay in touch. With a range of tariffs to suit every business including the market leading Sharetime and Company Caller Tariffs which allow free calls between employees and also back to the office. Vodafone have also launched their 3G network services offering mobile video and high speed data.

Orange offer some excellent business plans and are growing in popularity with business users.
Orange also have a scheme called the Orange Value Promise (OVP) which allows you to choose more or less any "popular" tariff of a competitor, which they will match as precisely as possible. In practice, the T-Mobile and Virgin mobile tariffs seem to offer excellent value for money for some people's patterns of use, and it is well worth considering an Orange phone on an OVP tariff. Several seem better value than the native Orange offerings.

Three, or "3" as it prefers to be called, is the newest mobile phone network in the UK.
The primary feature of the UMTS (3G) system is that it supports high speed data connections, equivalent to (or better than) broadband on fixed lines; fast enough to use streaming video on a mobile phone.
