There are two main methods of recording telephone calls in a business environment. The first is to connect the call recording device to the telephone lines at the point where they come into the trunk cards of a PBX Telephone System - this will record all the calls made to / from the business - there are three types of telephone line recorder, analogue, ISDN2 (BRI) and ISDN30 (PRI). The second method of call recording is to connect a call recorder directly to the extension of a telephone system - this is a low cost method which is easy to implement.
