Using the IP Softphone, users can answer customer phone calls as well as originate calls to customers or work colleagues right from their PC without the need of a physical phone. Standard Features are available with the purchase of one licence
Enhanced Features, including Dial Paste and Call Recording require the purchase of two licenses per user.
